[Java] PDF -> PDF/A conversion: resulting document is not compliant PDF/A compliant

Please find the PDF we are converting to PDF/A-1b and the conversion log.
The conversion logs shows a few issues, but the document is “convertable”, and conversion process complete without exceptions. However, the resulting document does not pass PDF/A-1b compliance check:

Please advise.

The attached PDF file "merged_Mac_test_no._24602017.07.21-10.09.56.pdf.conv.pdf " is a valid PDF/A-1b according to the “Preflight”-tool in Adobe.Acrobat. Please verify conformance using Adobe Preflight, it will resolve the issue. We follow Adobe Preflight for validating PDF/A conformance because all other tools on the market have their own “representation” of PDF/A conformance.
