Java slides version 14

Hello,

We downloaded the latest version and found it is not compatiable with version 8. Two questions,

  1. Is there an easy way to use thenew version for existing projects?

  2. What is the advantage of version 14?

Hi John,

I have observed the requirement shared by you and like to share that legacy 8.x.x and new 14.4.0 are two different APIs. The new API has been developed on the basis of legacy API for PPTX namespace. The new API has unified namespace for both PPT and PPTX presentation formats for which we have two separate namespaces in legacy API. The legacy API will be phased out and for one quarter we will maintain the product releases for both new and legacy APIs so that our client can have smooth transition.
