Java Vs .Net

What are the difference in feature supported by Java and .Net version of Slides ?

PS. I know this link But i am not sure is that the latest comparision table ?

Dear nuller,

Thanks for considering Aspose.Slides

Aspose strives to keep both brands of their products as similar as possible. However in case of Aspose.Slides, new features are incorporated earlier in .NET than Aspose.Slides for JAVA. It means, in any point of time, Aspose.Slides for JAVA lacks some of the features if any.

However, to know exact information, you will have to compare APIs of both products.

thanks

API doc may help. Having a list which shows whats missing in Java edition at this point of time is much more helpful …

The main differencies:

Slides for Java doesn’t have next features:
1. Export to PDF.
2. Custom gradients are not implemented yet.
3. There are no shape paths yet.

Also:
1. You need also Aspose.Metafiles to process presentations with wmf/emf metafiles in Slides for Java.
2. .Net version has much better slides rendering.

May be there are some other things I forgot to write…
