Hello,
We are converting an image to jpeg2000, but we need the header file begin with bytes 00 00 00 0c 6a 50 20 20 0d 0a 87 0a 00 00 00 14 66 74 79 70 6a 70 32 20 (JP2 baseline image).
Can we convert the image to JP2 file format?
Thanks.
Alex.
Hi Alex,
Thank you for your inquiry.
In order to look into the issue, we need more details. Please provide us more details about the issue you are facing. Why you need the header file to begin with these specified bytes? Further, you can access the JPEG2000 imaging class as Aspose.Imaging.FileFormats.Jpeg2000.Jpeg2000Image and can manipulate the JPEG image. You can save it as .j2 or jp2. Do forward us the sample image file that you are using.
Looking forward for your reply along with the details.
Hi Ikram,
I attached 2 images in jpeg2000 format (aspose and customer).
As you can see, both formats use a different header
JP2: begin with bytes 00 00 00 0c 6a 50 20 20 0d 0a 87 0a ?? ?? ?? ?? 66 74 79 70 6a 70 32 20
.
Codestream: Files start with bytes FF 4F FF 51
.
Maybe JPEG2000 imaging class has a property to specify JP2 or Codestream format.
What do you think?
Thanks,
Alex.
