JVM Crash using Aspose slides

Hello,


We have faced a problem for first time after a year of Java Slide usage i.e. JVM crash has happened. But now problem is not coming.

Attached is :

1. PPTX
2. Java core dump
3. Java code to produce PPTX fill with placeholders

We were using Aspose slides aspose.slides-7.8.0 for our project. Is it something known issue with this version ?

Now,
We have upgraded to aspose slides to 8.6.0 . Could it happen with upgraded version 8.6.0 also.?

We will plan later to upgrade to your latest 14.7.0 version for since it require change in PPTX handling in our code.

Thank you for the details.

Well, I am not sure whether this error is even caused by Aspose.Slides for Java by checking the stack trace shared by you as it has no such entry showing any exception thrown by Aspose.Slides. Also, as you are saying that the issue is not occurring anymore, it might have been caused by some other libraries you are using in our code or due to some JVM related issue. If in case you face such an issue again, please do share a scenario with us in which this issue is appearing to identify whether this issue is caused by Aspose.Slides for Java or not.
