There is a difference that can be seen for stackedBar+labels excel file opened in microsoft excel and excel web. The label text box is not visible in web.
Can you help in resolving this behavior.

By our test, it seems excel web does not support the textbox in chart. We cannot add a textbox in the chart when editing in excel web, and when we create one simple chart with one embedded textbox in ms excel manually and then loading the generated excel file by excel web, the textbox gets lost too. So we are afraid it is the difference of ms excel and excel web, we cannot help to solve it at the level of template file. If you have different findings, please let us know and we will investigate it further.
