In your source code you specified the region as USA when loading the workbook. So when you saving the workbook, the formatting settings of USA region will be used to format cells. If the formatted result of date time is separated by ‘-’ for the default region of your environment/application, you may just remove the line of code where setting region USA to the load options. Otherwise you need to specified another region which can format date time as “yyyy-m-d” for the load options.
