Language and Font preservation issue

Hi,

We have a deployment of Aspose.Words for .NET, version V 7.0.0.0

When a word document is rendered the user has reported problems pasting content into it.
The Aspose document appears to have the correct language setting and style configuration, however any text pasted into it defaults to Times New Roman with an English(US) dictionary.

The user is using Word 2007, but the deployment must also support users in 2003.

Could someone provide me with some guidance as to how to track this issue further or suggestions on how to resolve it?

thanks,

Paul.

Hi Paul,

Thanks for your inquiry. Could you please attach your document here for testing? I will check the problem on my side and provide you more information.

Best regards,

Hi,

Sorry for the delay getting back to you on this.

To repeat the problem we’re seeing:

Open Word 2007 and enter some text (by default I get calibri for a font).
then open the attached (blank) document which was created using Aspose.
Copy the text from one document tot he other and it gets converted to Times New Roman.

There may be something we’ve niot done int he configuration or can do to alleviate the problem, any advice would be great.

Thanks,

Paul.

Hi

Thanks for your request. I cannot reproduce the problem on my side using the latest version of Aspose.Words (8.1.0). You can download this version from here:
