Large TIFF Image Manipulation

I have a project that needs these following features:

• Ability to open large TIFF (larger than 10,000 pixel)

• Ability to add stamp (PNG transparent image) into large TIFF file.

• Ability to convert large TIFF file to Bitmap and send to Printer.

Could you please advise whether Aspose.Imaging suitable for above features ?
