How to convert Latex code to image in excel using java or vb.

Thanks for your query.

I am not entirely certain about your requirements. Could you elaborate and provide us sample Excel file containing latex code and sample output image which you want to render for it. For your information, Aspose.Cells does not provide any means to convert Latex code to image file separately. But it does support Shape to Image/PDF feature and Sheet (cells with data) to image/PDF feature. You may make use of the features for rendering images/PDFs if it suits your needs. See the documents for your reference:
