The left and the top of one shape (shape.Left and shape.Top) from where are counted the points?

Margin
The distance is measured from the left page margin.
Page
The distance is measured from the left edge of the page.
Column
The distance is measured from the left side of the column.
Character
The distance is measured from the left side of the paragraph
shape.Top:

Margin The distance is measured from the top page margin.
Page The distance is measured from the top edge of the page.
Paragraph The distance is measured from the top of the paragraph that contains the anchor.
Line The distance is measured from the top of the line that contains the anchor.

Sorry programmatic manipulation of existing shapes is still limited, we plan to expand and provide full API soon.

Left and Top at the moment are specified from the existing position setting. That is if the shape is position relative to Page, then Left is specified relative to Page.
