Lenght of property name in FormFields

Hi,
we are facing a problem while converting a word *.doc document to *.docx.

In the doc we are using formfields and their property “name” to save a guid.

After converting the document with aspose.word the property is truncated to appr. 20 chars. Is there a way to avoid this ?

Hi

Thanks for your inquiry. MS Word does not allow specifying name of form field longer than 20 character. This is no Aspose.Words restriction. This is restriction of MS Word.
