License Failed

When we try to change the license time it gives us the following error:

Failed to set license. Details: Invalid character in a base string-64

What should I do?

When I open the OMR Template Editor and access Edit -> Settings --> Change license and select the license received I get the error captured in the photo.

We have investigated the issue at our end. We are unable to reproduce the issue. The issue seems to be language specific.Please share details about your machine and environment on which you are trying to execute OMR template editor. What language settings are there? This information will help us to further dig down into the issue.

Already solved. The license file received was wrong. I downloaded the license file again and it works correctly.
