License seems to be correct but evaluation only is displayed

We have been using PDF.Net.Kit in our product for last 4-5 years and recently one of our client reported that they are getting “Evaluation Only” message when they open PDF. We tries reinstall couple of time but it did not help. Our client has to send urgent Files to their clients and they are really freaking out.
We did not change code in ASPOSE part of the application in 4-5 years.
Please help us.

Hi Vikas,

Please verify the following things at your end:

1. The DLL is not updated in the application.
2. The input PDF files do not have any evaluation watermarks already in them.
3. The license location is not changed.

If you think none of the above things has happened then please share some more detailed regarding your application.

1. How you’re using the license in your application?
2. Have you made any changed in the application recently?
3. Is the license code commented out or any related XML or configuration file moved from the application?
4. Is it happening with all the files or intermittently?

Please share any related information, so we could investigate the issue at our end and guide you accordingly.

Hi Vikas,

I’m afraid, we’re unable to reproduce the issue at our end using the information you provided. It would be better, in this scenario, if you could share the application with us, so we could reproduce the issue over here. If it is not feasible to share the actual application, you can create a sample application, using your particular scenario, which can help us reproduce the particular issue, and then share that sample with us.
