Hi there.

Just came from a life chat with your sales team, as we need to renew our existing order ‘130902043358’. BUT, before we can finally process the nenewal we need to go sure that the versions of the relevant components (as listed here after) remain the same as in the initial order. Reason: Our software is configured and tested exactly with those versions - with other ones we ran in troubles.

So can you please confirm / reply whether the following license versions will remain also within the renewal:

  • Aspose.PDF 8.0.0.0
  • Aspose.Slides 7.5.0.0
  • Aspose.Words 13.6.0.0

Hi Ben,

Yes, you can keep using these versions after renewing the license but we recommend using latest versions as newer versions provide more features and improvements and you should go for improved features.

Regarding your troubles in upgrading to latest versions, you can go through Migration from Earlier Versions topics in the documentation of these APIs. This section lists the public API changes you need to take care of when upgrading to a newer version.
