we are generating charts using Linq Engine.
Our Problem is that the the data of the generated charts are not editable like normal “word charts”. Is it possible to link the datasource of the Linq Engine that the data ist editable in the Word file?

Using MS Word, I was able to edit chart data within the document you provided as shown at the screenshot:
If your question is about that Excel data does not change when building a report, then it is a known issue. WORDSNET-18468 is logged to resolve this (it is in development). You will be notified through the forum thread, once it is implemented.
Thanks for your fast reply and my confusing question. Yes, you are right, I mean the editable values inside the Excel table are not the values which are shown in the chart. So my problem is exactly the problem which is already known and hopefully in development.

The issues you have found earlier (filed as WORDSNET-18468) have been fixed in this Aspose.Words for .NET 23.5 update also available on NuGet.
