using your example, if I click edit data in the produced word file, there is no data how can i get the date inside ms word ?

As of now, chart series data in Excel does not change when building a report. This is a known issue. WORDSNET-18468 is logged to resolve this (it is in development). You will be notified through the forum thread, once it is implemented.
The issues you have found earlier (filed as WORDSNET-18468) have been fixed in this Aspose.Words for .NET 23.5 update also available on NuGet.
