List paragraph with IfField

Hi,

I’ve noticed that paragraph with IfField and list formatting is rendered slightly different when saved to docx and pdf. in the attached I’m saving a template with a paragraph like this and when saved to pdf, the bullet point appears, while it is not present in the docx or in the dotx template. I would expect the pdf version to look the same as docx - could you have a look please?
