LiveChat not working

Hello,
i have OEM subcription for both Aspose.Email and Aspose.PDF
i think that LiveChat support is not working properly… if i click once, nothing happen, if i click twice, appears the chat-selection, but it says that all operators are unavaible… if i try just a few seconds, it opens the chat, but no-one appears on your side… if i try again in a few seconds, i got again the message of no-operator avaible… and so on…
I’m using mozilla (seamonkey) browser… if i try with IE8 i got client-side errors
This is going on for days…
I need support about Aspose.Pdf, and i must deploy the webapp in a short time…

The Support team operators are usually available in business hours on working days. If you get the “No operator available” message you can always submit your query as an offline message and your query will be posted in respective forum and the support team should assist you as soon as possible.

While testing in IE8 we were able to produce the js error issue however the chat session still worked. We will fix this issue as soon as possible and let you know.

i think it’s problem of time-zone… anyway, what’s the working time of aspose.pdf support team?
