We were once able to login to the website using a subaccount created on the nlpwc main account.
Now this is not possible any more with the ad.van.ommen@pwc.com subaccount.
After a failure to login, this user has requested a password reset multiple times, but no response is ever received. Any idea what can be the problem?
The user ad.van.ommen@pwc.com has received mails last weekend for some of his last weeks attempts to reset the password. The indicated period of validity has passed, but he will try again soon.
