Is there a method available in Aspose cells to detect if a macro is present in a workbook?

Hi,

I am afraid the feature (to detect macros) is not available. Your feature request has been logged into our issue tracking system with in issue id: CELLSJAVA-11851. We will check if we can plan/support this feature in future, we will let you know about it if there is any update for it.

The issues you have found earlier (filed as 11851) have been fixed in this update.

Hi,

Please try the new version (v2.1.1) as mentioned in above post. We have added a new API: Workbook.hasMacro() for such
requirement.

Thanks so much for pointing that out! (Did you just write that new method after I asked the question??? If so, you guys are amazing!)

Anyway, I am unable to try that out since our evaluation license expired. Our corporate office has just decided to purchase your excellent product, and I am awaitng a new license key.
