Macros in Word

Hi

Im using aspose words java to open word files. If I had a word file with a VBA macro in it that ran when the file was opened manually - does the same apply for opening the file using aspose words? Would the macro be able to run when I create a ‘com.aspose.words.Document’ ?

Thanks for your request. Aspose.Words does not run any macros in the document. All macros will be preserved in the output file and you will be able to run them using MS Word.

Thanks for the info. Does the same apply for aspose cells for Java i.e macros do not run when a file is opened (using aspose cells) but are preserved?
