Manual Calculation Mode Lost on Export to SpreadsheetML

Folks,

When we export to SpreadsheetML, we are missing the following tags for spreadsheets that have the calculation mode set to manual.

ManualCalculation

We are working with 4.5.1.19.

The issues you have found earlier (filed as 6699) have been fixed in this update.
