We downloaded the archive shared by you and found that it was damaged or corrupted. It is also possible that it was zipped in an environment different than ours. Would you kindly upload all the files to Dropbox or Google Drive so that we can directly download them and test the scenario.

We were able to replicate the issue in our environment while using Aspose.PDF for .NET 20.10 and have logged it as PDFNET-48961 in our issue tracking system. We will surely check it in details and keep you posted with the status of its correction. Please be patient and spare us some time.

The issues you have found earlier (filed as PDFNET-48961) have been fixed in Aspose.PDF for .NET 21.4.
