Mht empty when converting from msg with SkipInlineImages = true

Hi,
with the 17.8 release, when we convert the attached toto.MSG to MHT, the result file is empty when we specify SkipInlineImages = true.

This issue has been fixed in the latest release of Aspose.Email for .NET 17.10 which is available for download now.
