I’ve attached a mhtml file that has a customer logo, if when import this into Words and save it as a .docx or PDF the Logo is much larger. It looks like some of the css is been ignored.
Please note that Aspose.Words mimics the behavior of MS Word. If you open the MHTML in MS Word, the logo is not same as shown in browser. Could you please share your expected output document? We will then provide you more information about your query.
@tahir.manzoor we are converting a .eml file to PDF. Currently with Aspose you have to using both Aspose Email and Words together. So .eml -> .mhtml -> .docx -> .pdf . I can see that MS Word does not do a great job either .
I would like the final PDF to look like the original email or mhtml. I’ve attached a pdf layoutissue-mhtmltopdf.pdf (628.8 KB) which how I was hoping it would look.
Thanks
Toby
Could you please ZIP and attach your .eml file here for testing? We will investigate the issue and provide you more information on it.
Hi Tahir
Please see attached an example of a .eml file that illustrates the problem one of the customers is having with their logo in an email. The ‘customer logo’ is the one that is being stretched/enlarged to ‘customer banner’ size. They want the logo to be displayed the same (smaller size) whether viewing it in explorer or in an email program.
Thanks
