Mhtml file - emoji symbols rendered as quotation marks

Hi, the attached mhtml file contains emoji symbols like these:

Aspose.Words displays them as ??? - see attached screenshots.
Is this a bug, or am I missing to set some option?

The issues you have found earlier (filed as WORDSNET-16403) have been fixed in this Aspose.Words for .NET 18.3 update and this Aspose.Words for Java 18.3 update.
