Minor problem in exception message string

Hello,
If we load a msg which is NOT IPM.Contact, this line will throw an exception:

blah = Email.PersonalInfo.Contact.Load(memStream, Email.PersonalInfo.ContactLoadFormat.Msg)

Exception is normal and expected, no problem at all, just Exception.Message has invalid characters:

Message �lass does not meet IPM.Contact
