We have set the calendar for 24 hours and we changed working time for all the days
from 00:00 to 23:59 but duration is not showing proper minutes based on settings.

I have observed the image shared by you and request you to please first try using our latest Aspose.Tasks 19.9 on your end. In case the issue prevails, please share the working sample code along with desired output file. We will be able to investigate the requirements further on our end on provision of requested information.
In latest version we faced some problem with MPP creation taking longer time so we are using 18.12 version. The default template calendar is set to 24 hours for this working time will be 12:00 AM to 12:00 AM. After creating MPP the calendar dropdown showing 24 Hours(Project calendar) as selected but its showing standard working Times 8 to 12 and 13 to 17.

I have observed the information shared by you and an issue with ID TASKSNET-3508 has been created in our issue tracking as enhancement to further investigate and resolve the issue. This thread has been linked with the issue so that you may be notified once the issue will be fixed.

Please use the latest AT 19.10. We fixed performance issue with your code and there is no such issue with calendar.
