Misaligned text result when converting word document into pdf format

Hi support team
I use aspose component to convert from word to pdf. What happened is that the pdf result is misaligned for some text (see attachment). The code to convert the document is fairly simple, it is :

var sourceDocument = new Document(sourceFile);
sourceDocument.FootnoteOptions.Location = FootnoteLocation.BottomOfPage;
sourceDocument.Save(destinationFile, SaveFormat.Pdf);

I attach console app to reproduce the issue.
Regards
Kevin

Hi Kevin,

Thanks for your inquiry. Perhaps, you are using an older version of Aspose.Words; as with Aspose.Words v13.9.0, I am unable to reproduce this problem on my side. I would suggest you please upgrade to the latest version of Aspose.Words i.e. v13.9.0 and let us know how it goes on your side. I hope, this will help. I have attached the output Pdf file with this post for your kind reference.

hi

thanks for the solution, it works.

The other question I want to ask is that other product uses old version (8.3) and it runs okay. It uses existing Aspose.Total.lic file (which is valid till 2011).

My current product and the other product refer to the component on same shared folder. How can I use new component and the other product uses old component on the same shared folder?

I need to put it into same shared folder because continuous build process will access all third party component in the same shared folder.

Thank you.

Hi

The download link you gave me comes from community site. Can you give me official/ecommerce link to download and buy the component to get the license file please?

Thanks.

Kevin.

sorry for the disruption. My company has license for the old component (8.3), but it has free upgrade until 7 april 2011. Obviously, my company doesn’t have proper license to use the new version (13.8).

Do I need to buy the new product to get entirely new license or just renew license file so I can use the new version of the component?
