We were able to observe this issue as per your description using your sample code and sample Excel file. We have logged this issue in our database for investigation and for a fix. Once, the issue is resolved or we have some other news for you, we will let you know asap.

We are afraid, callouts are not supported, so your issue cannot be fixed.

This feature is complex for us, so we cannot support it near future. This issue has already been logged as

This is to inform you that we have fixed your issue (logged earlier as “CELLSJAVA-42353”) now. We will soon provide you the fix after performing QA and incorporating other enhancements and fixes.

The issues you have found earlier (filed as CELLSJAVA-42353) have been fixed in this Aspose.Cells for Java 17.11 update.
