Missing connections after converting vsd to vsdx

After importing vsd file to vsdx it loses some of its connections.

In addition to vsd file and a screenshot of missing connections, I’ve also added a screenshot of xml files comparing convertion done by the aspose lib and by Visio itself where the former lacks more than half of the connections.

The file was converted using this part of code:

File file = new File(PATH_TO_VSD_FILE);
Diagram d = new Diagram(file.getAbsolutePath());
d.save(file.getAbsolutePath() + "x", SaveFileFormat.VSDX);
