Missing font

Dears,

I would like to ask you for help. I use Aspose.pdf for adding headers and watermarks to several existing PDFs first. Then I join them into one PDF and add outlines. There are two problems:

  1. Some Czech characters in the outline are not displayed correctly randomly. See attached picture.
  2. A message “missing font Arial” appears randomly on one of the joined files, and the footer or watermark text is replaced by dots. See attached picture.

One thing is confusing: if I do the same processes once more without restarting the program (the same code, the same resource PDF), everything is OK?

Question: is there any function for “preloading” fonts or any other hint on how to fix it?

Sorry for a delayed response. Please share your template PDF file and sample code with us to help us generate the issue at our end.

Also, please see the article regarding Fonts embedding while creating PDF and see if it fulfills your requirement.

Also, which version of Aspose.Pdf for .NET are you using? You may download and test our latest release of Aspose.Pdf for .NET v7.0 and see if it works fine for you.
