Missing graph/chart when converting to pdf

Hello,
I am having a problem with converting files to pdf, when I am trying to convert a word file wich contains a graph or a char previously copied from excel. The hole text is there but graphs are missing.

I would like to know, when do you expect this issue to be fixed.

I am afraid this issue WORDSNET-4494 has now been postponed till a later date due to some other important issues and new features. We will inform you as soon as there are any further developments.

The issues you have found earlier (filed as WORDSNET-4494) have been fixed in this .NET update and this Java update.

Hello again
I have downloaded the newest update and now have Aspose.Cells version 7.3.3.0, Aspose.Words 11.8.0.0 and Aspose.Pdf ver 7.4.0.0 in my code. Problem is that I still get exceptions when converting word files containing graphs from excel:

This my method for converting word files:

Thank you for your patience. We have a good news for you that is WORDSNET-7285 has now been resolved and its fix will be included in the next version of Aspose.Words (v11.10.0) which is planned to be released by the end of this month.
