Missing line due to fill color

We have some lines in VSDX visual studio diagrams that disappear when converting with Aspose diagram. Further investigation into this issue revealed that it appears to be due to the lines “fill” being white. The border of the line is black, so it shows up fine in Visio as a VSDX. It would appear as though Aspose is throwing away the line border information that allows it to show up in visio. We are using 17.4. Would this issue be addressed in a later version of Aspose, or recognized as an issue?

@adam.elkins,

You are using quite an old version and the latest version 18.3 includes recent features, enhancements and bug fixes. We recommend our clients always use the latest version in their applications. Please download and try the latest version 18.3 of Aspose.Diagram for .NET API. You may send us the source Visio drawing. We will investigate and share our findings with you.

I updated the post to reflect the fact that we are using a more modern version, 17.4, even if it is not 18.3. Would that update fix the issue?

The Visual Studio project can be found here…

and the offending diagram can be found here…

The line that disapears is in the upper right corner, going from the orange box to the blue box.

A screenshot that points out the issue can be seen below.

@adam.elkins,

We have tested your source Visio drawing with the latest version 18.3 of Aspose.Diagram for .NET API and unable to replicate the problem of missing connecting line. This is the output PNG: BlackBoxes_Error.png (57.7 KB)
