During doc.save(), the resulting PDF is missing the pages headers and footers.
It’s working correctly with 21.12, the PDF keeps the pages headers and footers. With latest 22.5, the resulting PDF is missing the pages headers and footers.
Further investigation into the document, between page 3 and page 4, there’s an empty invisible table (I think), probably unwanted. If I remove that part, the conversion keeps the pages headers and footers. But, in 21.12, I don’t need to remove that part to keep the headers and footers during conversion.
