Missing shaping-harfbuzz-plugin.jar Jar

Hello,

I notice that the latest version 23.9 does not contain shaping-harfbuzz-plugin.jar can you please explain why and if we still can use the aspose-words-23.8-shaping-harfbuzz-plugin.jar with 23.9.

I published all release jar and you can find it in Maven repository
missing jar in download page can be fixed soon
