I am using Aspose.Cells for .Net with version 4.5.0.0. Currently we are dealing with Excel 2003 (.xls files) in our application but now we want to migrate our system for Excel 2007 (.xlsx files). I am just curious to know whether this version (4.5) of Aspose.Cells is fully compatible with MS Excel 2007 or not? Also, to achieve this, do we need to change the coding too much?

Hi,
In the later versions, we did enhance the Excel 2007 features and included some advanced features for the users. So, migrating to latest Aspose.Cells would be valuable as the older version v4.5.0 might have some limited features for Excel 2007. We recommend you to upgrade to latest version of the Aspose.Cells for .NET. Moreover, you don’t need to do any significant changes in your code upgrading to latest Aspose.Cells component, as it will work fine by default.
