MSG to MHT: Error with accented characters (C# .NET)

Hi,
when converting the attached msg file to mht with the attached code, we get problems with the accented characters.
thanks in advance for your help.

I have worked with the MSG file shared by using provided sample code and have been able to observe issue in generated output. An issue with ID EMAILNET-39288 has been created in our issue tracking system to further investigate and resolve the issue. This thread has been linked with the issue so that you may be notified once the issue will be fixed.

The issues you have found earlier (filed as EMAILNET-39288) have been fixed in this update.
