Msword to pdf issue - cannot insert a node of this type at this location

Hi,

we are facing issues while converting few msword documents to pdf.

exception screenshot has been attached and the document generating exception

Please help with solution.

Hi Raghu,

Thanks for your inquiry. Perhaps, you are using an older version of Aspose.Words; as with Aspose.Words v13.4.0, I am unable to reproduce this problem on my side. I would suggest you please upgrade to the latest version of Aspose.Words i.e. v13.4.0 and let us know how it goes on your side. I hope, this will help.

Could my current license file work with new dll?

if not can you help to give me new license file for the same please for new version of ASPOSE WORD.

Thanks for your inquiry. Please check the expiration date of your license file. To check an expiration date of your license, please open the license file using notepad. You will see the following tags:

20130618

It means that you can free upgrade to version of Aspose.Words published before 06/18/2013.

If you need to update to the latest version of Aspose.Words, but your license does not allow you to update to this version, you should contact Aspose sales team to renew your license.
