Multi level list numbers are lost after DOCX to HTML conversion using C#

Hello Team,

  1. Multi level numbering is not working properly after converting html to word document.we have attached 2 files

1.1) Manual document (original document)
1.2) Manual document from html (first converted word document to html then html to word document)

  1. improper spacing between numbering and text for the same level numbering.
    ex) 1.1.1 some text
    2.1.1 some text
