Multicolumn Template with vertical choicebox

Hi,
We are in the process of evaluating your product and we are trying to create a template like thisfe696065-04b8-4511-9f56-e82e06eddcb4.zip (247.4 KB)

We need to print out the sheets where customers will fill in the food they will be ordering, and then the scanned image will need to be recognised. However it seems that there is a limit of 5 vertical_choiceboxes in the template. Only the first 5 are being exported to the CSV.

Is there a solution or workaround to this as without this we will not be able to use your product?

Are you using the API with a valid license? Please try to use a 30-days free temporary license in order to evaluate the API without any limitations and let us know in case you still face the restriction of extracting only 5 values.

Thank you for your prompt reply, applying the temporary license removed the 5 questions limit.
