Multiple user with one login


I have an account “sabrinaluedtke”. I log in with “sabrinaluedtke”, but now my user name is sabrinaluedtke7. It seems it has something to do with entering company details.

First the account got renamed to sabrinaluedtke1, then sabrinaluedtke5 and sabrinaluedtke6, and now sabrinaluedtke7.

Could you please check this.
All my entered settings have been deleted, after getting a new name.

Could you please delete all other accounts (except sabrinaluedtke).

Is there a reason all those accounts have been created?
