Need additional Date/Time style formats

Currently, there is only one defined style to displaye date AND time, that is 22 "M/D/YY h:mm". There are several availables style for dates and times, but no way to combine them. Is there a custom format function?

If custom formats are not an option, could you add a format for d-mmm-yy h:mm?
