We have a requirement where we need to define some custom fields in the MPP, then download the gridview data into this MPP file and then user will upload back by making some changes. Our application is hosted on Azure cloud. Can anyone confirm all this functionalities can be achieved using Aspose.task DLL. Also will it be best to go for Aspose.task DLL or Aspose.Cloud since we have cloud service offering as well. Can you share any documents where all the Aspose functionalities that are defined.

In general, Aspose.Tasks for .NET/Java APIs let you work with all prospects of project’s data including extended attributes. The APIs can’t create MPP file from scratch, but can load a template MPP file and add/update it’s contents which includes working with Tasks, Resources, Resource Assignments, Calendars, etc. So, you can use the API as far as you or your users would like to update a MPP file. We recommend you to go through the following documentation sections for getting an idea about the capabilities of the DLL.

We also have Aspose.Tasks for Cloud API, however, it offers a
limited set of functionality as compared to the .NET/Java APIs. You can further get to know about the supported functionality by visiting the
