Nested mail merge in the java version of aspose.word

Hi Andrey, is there an updated date when nested mail merge regions will be available in the java version of aspose.word? We are in need of this feature for developing a customer application and they want to know when we can implement this feature. We are needing a non beta version. Can you tell me in which version (non Beta) this will be included and when this version might come out? Regards Sascha Rühlow

Hi Sascha,

Thanks for your inquiry. Currently we are working on synchronizing Java and .NET versions of Aspose.Words. Once we finish this work all functionality which is supported in, NET version will be supported in Java version, including nested MailMerge. Hopefully, this feature will be available in Aspose.Words for Java somewhere in May. You will be notified as soon as it is supported.

Hi Andrey, is there a new update when a (final not beta!) version of Aspose.Word for java will be available that supports nested Mail merge regions like the .Net version? And if this will take some time, when will a (final) version of Aspose.Word for jave be available that don’t have the save pdf to output stream null pointer exception.

The issues you have found earlier (filed as 12928) have been fixed in this update.
