Does Aspose's Java implementation include the mail packages similar to what's available in the the .Net version?
I have been working with a colleague who is using the .Net API and it has nice features that allow for formatting and sending Email with MHTML documents embedded.
I do not see many of the features in teh Java API that are available in the .Net implementation.
Does Aspose's Java Network API offer capabilities for formatting Email bodies with HTML, MHTML, etc. and sending Emails?
I am sorry Aspose.Network for Java does not have all the features, that are included in the .NET version. Currently, it supports MSG and PST file handling. It cannot create HTML and MHTML formatted emails and send it using SMTP.
Aspose.Network for Java is new product as compared to the .NET version. But, we are working on it to provide most of the features as available in .NET version. You can enable the email subscriptions on http://www.aspose.com/community/files/72/java-components/aspose.network-for-java/default.aspx page if you want to get notified of the new versions.
Does anyone know if there been any updates on creating HTML formatted emails with Aspose.Network for Java? If not, is there any timeline on when this feature would be added?
We have plans of releasing Aspose.Network for Java by the end of this week, which will contain features like creating and loading HTML formatted emails in EML, MSG and MHTML format. I will update here when it gets released.
