Hi,
we got a legacy application using Aspose Slides version 7.6.0.0 and odered a new license to get rid of the evaluation watermark in the rendered pptx files.
When using the new license the watermark is still present.
We then asked for a sha1 signed license as it should be compatible with the library version.
With that license the watermark is still present in the pptx too.
We created a small test app to show the effect:
AsposeSlidesWatermarkTest.zip (4,4 MB)
The package includes a VS 2022 solution with the Aspose-Slides library we’ve in use.
The license file in the package (Aspose.Total.lic) is empty, i can provide you our license via a secured channel.

New license files will activate Aspose.Slides only when you use version 21.4 or later. Earlier releases rely on an older validation routine, while today’s licenses use an enhanced protection algorithm that those builds cannot recognize. Please update your project to at least 21.4 (ideally the latest version) so the license can be applied. If you need guidance on upgrading, just let us know.
If you have a license for Aspose.Slides 7.6.0.0, you can continue to use it.

So what you are saying is that even the sha1 signed license will not work.
Maybe i misunderstood following thread as it states it should work: Aspose.Cell License is not working - #2 by simon.zhao

Aspose has long since stopped supporting very old versions of Aspose.Slides like 7.6.0.0, but you can contact my colleagues at Aspose.Purchase and try requesting a SHA-1 signed license for version 7.6.0.0.
