New version cannot read my template file

I just installed the latest ASPOSE version and it dies on this statement now…







excel.Open(path + “scheduleTemplate.xls”);


 		

The error I get is…

 
Parameter name: startIndex) —> System.ArgumentOutOfRangeException: Index was out of range. Must be non-negative and less than the size of the collection.
 
Parameter name: startIndex
 
at Aspose.Excel.as.a(MemoryStream A_0)
 
at Aspose.Excel.as.a(String A_0)
 
at Aspose.Excel.Excel.Open(String designerSpreadsheet)
