"No Image" Is Displayed Instead of GIF Images in PPTX Document

Hey team

We have a .NET 6 application with Aspose.Slides v20.7
From a pptx file containing some GIF images, after opening the file, rendering what we need and saving it, some of them results in a No Image element.
For some images it works as expected and are displayed as it is, but others get replaced for a No Image message.

Is it a known issue that has a fix? Or is there some kind of limitation?

Thank you for contacting support. There were many updates after version 20.7. Please test your results using the latest version of Aspose.Slides if it is possible. If the issue persists, please share the following data and information:

  • input and output presentation files
  • code example that reproduces the problem with images
  • OS version where the code was executed
